Your appointments are very important to the team at Chic Lash Boutique, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of reserved services. No shows will be charged 100% of reserved service amount. When you miss an appointment a credit card will be needed to secure your next appointment. You will have to call 415.419.1715 to book. We appreciate your respect of our cancellation policy.

We love our children but we recommend not accompany you to your reservation due to the quiet environment.
